The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There was hairs on the shelves in the shower when I arrived. One of the lamp shades was very stained. The glass part of the shower had what i hoped was conditoner on is that was dried and crusted on it. There was also a possible blood stain by the full lenght mirror by the entrance to the room. There was also something dried and crusted on the curtains too. My room number was 613.

Room cleaning is on a 3 day rotation. We stayed 3 nights and never had towels removed, coffee cups or pods refilled, trash or garbage removed or linens changed. The linens were visibly clean but had an odor that did not dissipate. A lot of money was spent on the facility and furniture. For the price of this room I would have expected better attention to human needs.

We were in Pgh for opera and visits with friends. The hotel was conveniently located, brand new, so very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We like Homewood Suites because of kitchenettes, where we can enjoy a late meal after the opera.Suggestion: table in kitchen area should have 2 chairs; we had only 1.

Second stay at this property. We find it comfortable and convenient. Breakfast is good. Suite is roomy and clean; full fridge and dishwasher with plates/glasses was a plus. The pull out bed was broken, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.

Staff was great helping us find the arena and stadium. Parking was ridiculous and expensive. Should have parked next door for $10. Breakfast was just ok. Our room was for a wheelchair on 1st floor…cushions stained, shower awful to operate, not sure why we got assigned that room
