The Homewood Suites at Southpoint was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the area is safe with plenty of parking and restaurants close by. Our only issue was that the day we were leaving, the shower didn’t work. It worked just fine previously. There were no maintenance workers at this location and it wasn’t fixed before we had to leave

We had a handicap room only because we did not want a bathtub. We wanted a walk in shower. That setup resulted in the entire bathroom floor turning into a pond. There was also nowhere to hang the wet bath towels. The room itself was on the dirty side. There was NO clock in the room. And, the HVAC system was so loud and ran continuously it kept me awake until 5:00 a.m. (I had to turn my cell phone on to know that it was 5:00 a.m.) Never again!

Great 2 bedroom with a kitchenette, walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The room had a broken mirror and hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was bountiful, but my daughter caught a cockroach with a cup she works construction, she knows what they look like). They tried to try her it was a cricket. The girl when we checked in was curt and not helpful. Checkout was nice.

Room was comfy but disappointed that with this being a Hilton that the room wasn’t as clean as expected. The couch had stains on it and the floor in the kitchenette area was dirty that still had pet food on the floor from the previous guest.
