Friendliest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, loved the 24 hour front desk staff. Very clean, good to see housekeeping out and about all hours of the day. Love that they don’t allow door dash to go to rooms, not sure what that reason is but safety comes to my mind. Great decision! Comfortable beds and pillows.

I loved the walking distance from PPG Paints arena. I felt safe traveling to and from the Penguins game by myself. The staff were all kind. The internet was difficult to use in my room. I'm not a Bonvoy member and the public wifi rarely loaded properly.

Our heat did not work in our room. The radiator simply blew cold air no matter how high we turned the temperature. We eventually just had to turn it off completely. We called the front desk twice to complain and spoke to the concierge in person once and still no one came to check on the problem. We will not be back.

great location
This hotel is across the street from PPG arena. it's a 2 minute walk very good location for events. Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and personable. The rooms do not have updated tech stuff so you will need wall adapters. We had a very nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There is a connected parking garage. We paid $30 for parking there.
