I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone coming into my room because the front desk gave them access to my room. When I called them it was said there computer issues said it was open but then changed after. Very unprofessional and wasn’t compensated in any way.

When we checked in, the first 2 rooms were not touched by the housekeepers and then our 3rd room was fine. I did speak to the front desk attendant about it and she was very polite and helpful with the situation. I appreciate her so much

First, I would like to say that Darlene and the other girl who worked at the front desk were phenomenal! Darlene granted us an early check in and the other receptionist allowed for a late check out. Both were kind and efficient. When we entered the room the bed was covered with pet hair. We requested that the bedding be changed. Brenda, who came to the room to change the bedding was not friendly, and made me uncomfortable because it seemed that she was bothered about having to change the bed. We were kept awake until 4am with sketchy people outside being extremely loud and walking past our room door. We will not be staying there again.

This is a really horrible place. The renters next door were so sketchy and smoked outside all day long which caused the smoke to be drawn inside the room making it absolutely NOT smoke free. I hope other rooms are a bit better The floor was dirty. The only good thing was the powerful shower.

Front desk guy was awesome. It was clean but you can tell there's been smoking in the room at some point. Also the ac smells a little damp when it first kicks on. Definitely worth what I paid.

Will never go there again, staff is rude, i wanted to cancel stay but could not, dog hair on the floor, drool on my pillow, yellow pillows, looked like someone urinated on them. Holes in sheets,cat fecies under bed, dirty toilets, mold by the air conditioner, chore all over the floor, broken glass on the floor by my bed and under the table. This place is unsafe and i felt very disrespected by the night shift staff member working the front desk.

The staff was not welcoming or nice. The staff then sent us to a room that was already occupied. I had to go back and check in again. The staff member made it as though it was my problem. The room was fine however the smell in the hallways was less than desirable.

Darlene at the front desk was very helpful during our stay and when I called to ask a few questions before checking in. The other lady not sure what her name was also very polite and helpful. Would stay again with my Son when in area.
