This is a very nice hotel. Nice choices of eateries, walkable along the river and looks to be very well taken care of. It is a little pricy, especially when you are just going to enjoy the casino and relax for a night.

The room was so fancy, beautiful, clean, cozy, quiet and peaceful. The elevator was confusing to work, but I am technologically illiterate so that was a me problem. Parking was tricky, I self parked and there is no elevator to the hotel from the garage so I had to carry my luggage from the garage to the hotel four flights as the casino doesn't allow luggage inside. Every staff I encountered were very helpful and kind. Just wanted to note for future guests, it is free valet parking for all guests so you do not need to self park. There was a gentleman attendant at breakfast who was very friendly and welcoming. There was a housekeeper who asked how my stay was,and thanked me for my stay. Very good staff, beautiful hotel with views of some of Pittsburgh's hills.

I thought the hotel was great and convenient was great as well. The employees were very helpful, kind, and the service was great. I loved choices of breakfast you had. The big thing so thought was an inconvenience was I had a charge put my credit card and zi want to remind you that everything was paid for thru Hotel.com. That’s wasn’t fine with me. The overall experience was great and I would back again without the hold. Thanks for asking me.
