Parties, extra guests, pets, or events are not allowed except with prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
The additional guest fee is included in your booking with the correct number of guests. If updating the number of guests after 8 guests, there is an additional charge of $25 per person per night. The occupancy needs to correct to comply with local ordinances.

After booking, a lease agreement may be required. Please note that this is a historic home, so use caution and supervise children carefully. Do not enter any locked or restricted areas of the home.
