You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Centrally located between Tampa and Orlando - Just off Interstate 4. My home is located in a Quiet Gated Upscale Neighborhood that offers 2.5 miles of walking trails around lakes and conservation. A Playground, Backyard fishing, bring your Kayak or Canoe and get out on the lake to watch all the natural wildlife. Separate Entrance, use of the pool and jacuzzi, Outdoor Patio with Propane grill - Fridge, Coffee Maker, Air-Fryer/Convection oven combo and microwave.
The space
As of the first of July we are currently creating a larger space 1 Queen Bedroom w/full bathroom, Kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, Airfryer/combo and Coffee Maker with Living Room with a sofa bed/full bath, dedicated work space and bistro table. Access to the pool from your private area. Laundry service are available in the main home.
