Very very good place to stay
The only thing i have to say in a bad manner is short beds with linings that is not suitable for tall people like me (198cm). Other than that everything is amazing . Kris is great old funny guy very pleasant and charming . All the fruits and vegetables that he is bringing from his farm is out of this world . Rent a car stay at Kris place and enjoy Crete !

Impeccablement situé, calme et sourire du patron
Impeccablement situé. Entre Chania et Balos. Tous les trésors de la Crète sont proches. Piscine très agréable, snack bar très sympa, mer à 50m à pied, une plage magnifique à perte de vue, sable fin sans caillou, très peu peuplée (un essuie tous les 70m). Si par contre, vous voulez du peuple sur la plage, c'est rempli de clubs et gros hôtels 5 kms à gauche (Platanias) et 2 kms à droite (Maleme centre). Digue très sympa pour les balades le soir. Les commodités sont très bien. Le mobilier est assez vétuste, mais en très bon état et très propre (on nettoie votre appartement à l'eau entièrement chaque jour, on vous change les draps tous les 2 jours et on faisait même notre vaisselle et pliait nos vêtements quand nous oublions). Le patron est la sympathie même, toujours au service et apte à nous aider et conseiller. Il vous fait des mix grill au barbecue à tomber... et que dire de ses salades crétoises et son raki ! Et il possède de bonnes adresses pour tout, n'hésitez pas à lui demander. Idéal pour visites et repos !

Gute Unterkunft in West-Kreta. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Kris-Apartments ist absolut ok. Die Zimmer sind aureichend groß, die Saunberkeit ist gut. Wenn mal etwas an der Ausstattung fehlt, einfach bescheid sagen, der Manager Panos besorgt es sofort. Auch sonst bemüht man sich sehr um die Gäste. Das Frühstück für 5 Euro ist reichhaltig, wenn auch nicht aussergewöhnlich. Es gibt schöne Restaurants direkt am Strand, zu Fuß ereichbar. Den Strand selber haben wir nicht genutzt. Man ist mit dem Mietwagen schnell an den tollen Stränden Westkretas. Platanias, Agia Marina oder Chania sind in der Nähe. Alles in Allem für den Preis und wenn man nicht mit zu hochgesteckten Erwartungen kommt, sehr empfehlenswert.

Grande Kris Junior , ci ha seguito in tutto , facendoci favori , consigli, ci ha fatto cenare bene spendendo pochissimo , ci ha dato una camera extra per dopo il chek out gratuitamente , solo per farci fare il volo docciato dopo una mattina extra in spiaggia. Lodevole. Peccato per la camera troppo calda , consiglio quelle al piano terra , e la piscina poco pulita. Per il resto grande rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Albergo datato e gestore troppo invadente
Premetto che a noi, che all'aereoporto di Chania abbiamo prenotato la macchina per girare l'isola in lungo e in largo per 15 giorni, l'appartamento ci serviva ESCLUSIVAMENTE per dormire (e non per viverci)..... però le foto presenti su Expedia e su internet NON rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà della location. Certamente il mare è a 100 metri in linea d'aria ma tutto attorno sono presenti eco-mostri pitturati di verde e un piccolo centro residenziale nuovo ma mai aperto e quindi pieno di erbacce e immondizia...... La struttura è datata anni '70 e vi consiglio, se proprio volete andarci, di non andare nei 2 appartamentini a pian terreno davanti alla tettoia del bar perchè in quella a destra non c'è l'acqua calda (!) e in quella di sinistra dovrebbe essere ristrutturata in quanto fa un po' schifo. Infatti io al secondo giorno ho chiesto il cambio di camera e sono stato spostato dalla prima alla seconda..... poi mi sono arreso perchè probabilmente gli appartamentini sono tutti uguali...... Il Personale è gentile.....forse anche troppo! E' molto invadente! Il Gestore per tutta la durata del soggiorno era sempre posizionato davanti a noi dicendo "Capitano qui, Capitano là"....ha veramente rotto le p...e!!! .... Ma ripeto! A noi serviva più che altro per dormire, però....non lo consiglio assolutamente! Nelle vicinanze, per lo stesso prezzo, c'è decisamente di meglio!!!!!

Un soggiorno tranquillo
La struttura è posizionata un po' decentrata rispetto al più vicino centro con un po' di vita notturna e negozi (Platanias), col vantaggio però di essere in un posto molto tranquillo. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. La spiaggia purtroppo è perlopiù sassosa e non organizzata, per trovare strutture balneari bisogna spostarsi a Platanias.

giudicate voi dal racconto
prenotate due camere doppie (eravamo in tre) con mesi di anticipo tramite expedia. a pochi minuti dal volo arriva una telefonata per dire che, per un problema di prenotazioni, dovremmo accomodarci in una tripla per 1, massimo 2 giorni. arrivati in hotel Kris ci mostra che la stanza è ampia (vero) e quindi possiamo star lì per tutti i 4 giorni prenotati (inaccettabile).chiedo la password per il wi fi e "I don't know". chiedo un contatto expedia e "I don't know". chiedo la differenza di prezzo tra due camere doppie e una tripla e...."I don't know". insistendo non poco ottengo due password che funzioneranno solo la mattina della partenza e un n. greco di una segreteria telefonica. la mattina seguente, su nostra richiesta, ci dice che più tardi avrebbe telefonato a non so chi per avere informazioni sulle prenotazioni. esasperata ho alzato la voce e la seconda stanza è stata subito disponibile.(una coppia stava andando via proprio quella mattina). ultima precisazione:da expedia abbiamo ricevuto due buoni sconto come scuse. la differenza di prezzo, tra due doppie e una tripla, abbiamo scoperto dopo,doveva essere risarcita dal Kris. cosa che, ovviamente, non è avvenuta.

Sehr ruhige Gegegend rund um das KRISAppartement, die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Besitzer bemüht sich immer seine Gäste zufriedenzustellen, was ihm meist gelingt. Nicht empfehlen können wir das BBQ.

Ottima posizione in Creta Ovest e cortesia
Creta si gira in macchina, chi vuole visitare la parte occidentale con le splendide spiagge deve trovare una posizione dalla quale puoi raggiungere le spiagge migliori dell'isola in maniera equidistante, devi avere un appoggio per riposarti (quindi una spiaggia non caotica con un bel mare) ed un servizio residence eccellente come cortesia, flessibilità e disponibilità quale offre Kris. Quindi consiglio questa zona vicino Platanias (escludo Platanias centro perchè la spiaggià è troppo caotica e sporca) per uscire anche la sera e forse un'altra vicino Kissamos (ma meglio Platanias come località). Kris fa una colazione abbondante che ti fa star ben tutto il giorno, capirete quando andrete.

L'entrata in appartamento è stata un po' traumatica in quanto c'era un forte odore di muffa( solo dopo 4 giorni se n'è quasi andato) e i muri un po' scrostati. Goliardico il gestore e molto disponibile in tutto.Il personale simpatico e competente.Colazione buona e abbondante! Peccato sempre uguale per tutta la settimana. Anche se le biciclette erano piuttosto malandate le abbiamo utilizzate tutte i giorni gratuitamente per le corse in montagna e per esplorare le zone interne e le spiaggie.Alla sera il gestore spesso ci offriva una birra o spremuta con dei crostini e intratteneva tutti.Consiglierei questo alloggio per chi non e' esigente o schizzinoso e ama uscire al mattino per tornare alla sera.La cucina è ridotta al minimo e adatta per cibi veloci.Nel complesso la vacanza è stata bellissima.

Super Hotel bardzo dobre śniadania POLECAM
Hotel mieści się w cichym przytulnym miejscu niedaleko plaży(około 200 m) gospodarzem jest sympatyczny Pan KRIS. Na przywitanie miła niespodzianka, dostaliśmy kosz owoców 3 butelki alkoholu własnego wyrobu. Później skorzystaliśmy z menu obiadowego w hotelowym barze i dostaliśmy jeszcze ekstra rakiję na przywitanie. BEZAPELACYJNIE Największym plusem były śniadania, bardzo dużo jedzenia, super świeży SOK POMARAŃCZOWY i kawa praktycznie do oporu + kosz owoców. Kolejnym plusem hotelu były darmowe rowery z których korzystaliśmy praktycznie codziennie. Pokoje były czyste i oczywiście codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa hotelowa z często żartującym Krisem na czele była bardzo miła. Wszyscy mówili płynnie po angielsku i byli bardzo przyjaźni. Podczas pobytu skorzystaliśmy z grilla 25e/4os mi smakowało ale ogólnie opinie były podzielone, myślę, że warto skorzystać by przekonać się samemu. Mały minus bym dał za to, że czasami brak było ciepłej wody ale rozumiem, że przy tak dużej liczbie osób w kwietniu mógł być problem z ogrzaniem. Ogólnie z czystym sumieniem polecam każdemu ten hotel :)

E' un'esperienza incredibile, il posto è sperduto e necessita dell'auto, al mattino non esiste acqua calda, il Wi Fi prende solo in un punto, ma......c'è Kris che pensa a farti passare tutto, Kris che se c'è qualcosa da ridire o che non va, non hai nemmeno il coraggio di dirlo perchè ti vergogneresti a farlo!!!! Kris è una persona veramente speciale, unica, è un padre, un amico, un fratello!!! Al mattino prepara una colazione che ha dell'incredibile e vuole portarti ancora da mangiare di più e di tutto!!! Non devi chiedere nulla perchè lui ci pensa prima!!! All'arrivo subito da bere con bruschette, entri in appartamento e ti trovi vino bianco e rosso, acqua e grappa!! Il giorno della partenza si è alzato prima (alle 7 del mattino) per darci l'ultima colazione e poi a salutarci con la mano finchè non eravamo lontani....ci veniva da piangere da quanto commossi!!! X quello che abbiamo avuto il prezzo è irrisorio, 10 e lode!!!

Dejligt roligt område med en herlig hotel manager
Ligger lidt uden for platanias hvilket gør hotellet dejlig stile og rolig. Busserne kører med jævne mellemrum til platanias og selve Chania. Dejligt hotel, med en hotel manager der skal opleves. Han er behjælpelig og helt suveræn. Har været der 2 gange nu, og det er bestemt ikke sidste. Morgenmaden er god, og kan også fås kl 12 hvis man er stået sent op. Der er ikke langt til stranden hvis man ikke vil bruge den ellers ganske fine pool.
