Our first room was extremely run down. Phone was falling off the wall, shower leaked through the wall into the rest of the bathroom, sliding door detached from the wall. We were able to move day 2 to a newer building which was nice. We stopped to talk to a concierge about our VIP status and they had no idea what we were talking about. Dismissed us and said there was no beach club, no spa credit, even after showing my confirmation.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful junior swim-up pool with the view of the beach! Food was amazing! Fresh from the ocean and local farms, great room service, margaritas non-stop, and housekeeping twice a day! We can’t wait for our next trip!!

The dinners were very good. The bands Blackcow and Circus Rock were very good. The included shuttle service to and from airport eas very good. I did not like the beach. It was very rocky with little area of sand and shade. The concrete bunkers to protect the beach were the whole length and very ugly to look at. There were many areas of the resort that were generally run down.

Gorgeous resort with a huge property and all inclusive access to all 3 resorts on the property. Tons of amazing food options, but it was a bit difficult to contact the concierge services by phone. We didn’t realize there was an app until the last day for booking dinner reservations - Would recommend downloading that asap!

The resort was very nice and extremely clean. The food was horrible, always cold, always misrepresented with what’s on the menus. You’ll stay hungry at this resort because the food portions are tiny and they try to keep you from ordering more.

Beautiful property Sarya (apologies for the name spelling) at the front desk was wonderful. She was very welcoming and explained the amenities of the property very clear . She was very friendly. The order taker that worked in In room dinning on Monday evening September 16 was very rude and not helpful. He seems like he did not want to be there to work . Otherwise everyone else was very nice and friendly. I will return there next time.
