Rooms are renovated very new and clean. Although no view through the windows but rooftop and pool with amazing views. Staffs are so helpful especially the front desk staff David & Stephanie. David made great recommendations about local restaurants such as El Fon, we tried and it was amazing! There is one thing I need to mention here is about the hot water in the shower. We had no problem getting hot water during the showering time, but I saw quite a few reviews mentioning the issues. I think it could be the reason that no sign on the faucet to indicate which way to turn to get warm water vs cold water. In Canada the default is turning knob left to get hot and right side to get cold. But in this hotel room I realised that it was totalled opposite - you had to turn to right size(clockwise) to get warm water but turning left(anti-clockwise) to get cold water. Maybe hotel can improve this kind of confusion by labelling the faucet property, just an recommendation. Overall a great stay, this hotel is located at the end of fifth ave, very convenient when you finish shopping on 5th avenue back to a quiet place to rest.

Driving up the area surrounding was run down and made us nervous. A lot of crumbling buildings and construction. Checked in around 7 pm and the manager said- sorry you can't go to the room we have a problem and they are working on the air conditioner. We waited a few hours and then went to the room. We also were told there was no parking and then the man behind us came and asked where to park I asked why he could get a spot and we couldnt and then the hotel guy changed and told us they did have parking. Was very unpleasant check in. Place was decently quiet at night and you can hear birds when you wake. Sadly the air conditioner only worked for 2 nights and we had a sweltering next 2 nights. Not ideal with the heat and humidity. Pool was ok. They make you wear a super annoying arm band.

Great stay, the aparthotel was just a little dated with some bits needing a refresh. All clean and tidy and the pool area is nice. Would have been great if the bar was open up there as well! Gym has a good amount of machines and weights as well.

When we arrived the front desk did not ask to help with our language, that was my first bad impression. Then when we went to the room, the room was nothing like in the pictures, the room was so so dark and had some insects products smell in it. There was no hangers and no hand towels. When I went to call the phone was not working and was unplugged. I went downstairs to tell them, The good part was when I wanted to take a shower it was no hot water at all. I stayed with no shower for 2 days. The internet was not working too. Over all the hotel was horrible and the rooms were not clean as well. When we left money to the front desk and the cleaning crew then we got some of the work done.

Lovely, cozy rooms with everything you need for a long stay. Close to the 7/11 up on 5th for necessities/water and also Chedraui grocery store only 11 minute walk on 10th. Quiet area of Playa away from all the bar noise and crowds. Rooftop pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Towels are provided for pool. We did not have any problems with wifi, we even used our fire stick which worked perfectly. Area around property is not beautiful due to construction but they don’t start til later in the morning. We were never awoken by construction noise. Very nice staff at this hotel and no one bothers you. We had do not disturb on our door and we were left alone. Excellent experience all around. We have been to Playa over a dozen times. Stayed at all inclusives and apartment hotels, this hotel and area was our favourite. No set schedules like resorts, cooked our own meals, slept excellent and were not harassed every two minutes by vendors.

Great location! Less than a block from 5th Avenue with wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were ok but could use a deep clean. WIFI was not the best. Linens, pillows and towels not great. Roof top deck was nice. Pool was fine. I did not like having to wear a wrist bracelet to show that I stayed there as it is a signal to others that I am a tourist. I booked off season which made this a good value. Not sure if I'd pay more during high season.

Good location, near to restaurants, convenience stores and beaches. Hotel has private parking and pool. Nice view to the sea from the terrace. Excellent service from Guillermo, Luis and Rafael. Room was cleaned. To improve: coffee. I would add a coffee vending machine for all guest in the lobby. This way we can prepare it ourselves, and have it hot and fresh. Gracias.
