JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar - Adults Only - All Inclusive offers 310 air-conditioned accommodations with iPod docking stations and DVD players. Beds feature Frette Italian sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. Flat-screen televisions come with satellite channels. Service was great, very clean, very prompt and friendly staff, lots of options for food, pools, drinks, atmospheres. Like any resort, only reason to remove a star was for the food. It’s hard to have several restaurants and produce high quality food across the board, undstansable, but I would rate food alone anywhere from 5-7 out of 10. Occasional good food item but not consistent.

You will not find anywhere better than what you will have it at the Grand. Luis, Mauro, Alexander, Ruben, and Antonio were our Butlers. Amazing. Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed. Aunice, the manger of La Breza was great as well. Was at the resort for 8 days and not one single issue with anyone on staff. So many hidden little gems on this property that it is somewhere we are already planning our return! Thanks for setting the bar so high and cant wait to see our second family again! Anyone complaining about this staff or this place are just complainers and looking for something free in my opinion.

Wonderful place, so beautiful, and the staff is very helpful, ask and they will do it. This is our 5th time visiting this resort, The room we choose was ocean front and all you see from your window is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare. Sun h a waste for an expensive cuts of meat to be always cooked well done.
