I am extremely disappointed. The Wifi was not working my entire stay, and I had no electricity or water for almost two days. The staff were not helpful and expedia were not helpful at all. I would not book a stay at this hotel EVER.. and I do not think booking through expedia is a good option. No assistance from hotel or expedia on any matter.

Wonderful stay at La Pasión hotel. The customer service is 10+ always a friendly smile and greeting to meet you at the door. The guys are always there to help you. The restaurant provides a nice breakfast including your choice of a hot meal. The grounds are beautiful with lots of quant sitting areas to enjoy the property. 3 wonderful pools to choose from as well as hot tubs. We extended our stay as we enjoyed the hotel and service so much. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Emanuel, Luis and Conrado. Claudio in the restaurant was amazing and always greeted you with a big smile.

Excelente opción para quienes no tienen niños y viajan al área de los parques de Xcaret está en el lugar extra tejido para poder desplazarse si. Problema, frente al palacio municipal de Playa del Carmen y a 2 cuadras de la Quinta Avenida.
