Aylin was a great help from the concierge and was extremely helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed and a funky smell and the water eas dirty. Didn’t even go in it. The pool at the beach was great but it was a boring atmosphere! They need music there and a swim up bar!! If it had that it would be packed!!!! The other pools were nice and the restaurants were great too!

We love ORP. We went for our first time in April. We decided to plan a last minute trip to PDC and actually had made reservations at another resort. We left the other resort because the food was absolutely terrible and we were concerned about the quality so we decided to eat the extra cost and just finish our week at ORP because we were so impressed with the quality during our last visit. I’m not promising gourmet food with a private chef or anything but i can say the food is prepared safely, is fresh with a decent variety and the staff pay attention to dietary restrictions and allergens. The grounds are well kept, the staff are so kind. Glad we came back a second time and we are looking forward to going again!

The resort was excellent. Staff was wonderful with exception of Ismael at Route 66 cafe. Other than that everyone and everything was perfect. Will be back for sure. PS. Sergio the bartender at the lobby was excellent and makes the best drinks of the whole resort and deserves a raise.

Property is very nice and has tons of pools. Unfortunately that’s where the positives stop . Food is AWEFUL , breakfast was the only meal even remotely tolerable and only at the buffet. Tried every one of the 7 restaurants and after one bite set the plate aside and left. The Italian restaurant had lasagna which was ok. Dining is a huge deal when you choose an all inclusive and this one even at half price would not have a repeat customer in us.

My wife and I spent 10 amazing days on this resort. This was our first all inclusive vacation and ORP did not disappoint! The property is beautiful and the staff are amazing! The food was not as great as we expected but still good. Pez Vela was our favorite followed by Route 66. We spent most of our time in the Eden pool and the lobby bar. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I traveled to Ocean Riviera Paradise to celebrate our milestone birthdays; we were there for one full week. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly bell staff who took care of our luggage. Checking in was a bit of a problem; I was in communication with the concierge staff prior to our arrival and confirmed an upgraded room in El Beso( I knew of the up charge fee and agreed to it prior to our arrival). When I arrived to the El Beso check in counter, the staff were not friendly, nor were they helpful. Dylan, who checked us in looked annoyed when I mentioned I had confirmed an El Beso swim up room, he rolled his eyes and said I would need to pay for it, asking if I we could afford the price difference. I understand there are some communication barriers, but asking if I can afford something I thought was already confirmed was very inappropriate. On top of that, I was charged $350 extra; the assistant manager had to come and explain the mishap which led to a refund then re-charge. All the while my husband who I was trying to surprise, was standing there, slightly confused and embarrassed. Fast forward we got the room situated, but then we were immediately bombarded by Ignacio who was very persistent about speaking with us to promote add ons to our already impacted trip. He was friendly but very pushy. All over the resort even with included amenities, the staff push add-on services. Definitely ruins the trip and experience. We already paid so much.

The property itself was pretty nice. Very large with lots of pools and restaurants. The rooms were decent, no complains with them other than a dirty bathtub. Our service was good and all the staff were nice. 3 issues: one was the food and two was the beach. The food was absolutely disgusting. I had multiple eggshells in my food from the Japanese resto. the buffet was very oily and bland. I had stomache aches and bloating after every meal. The beach was small, not all that and it was rocky. Lastly, my friend left a bag of perfumes in the room valued over $900 CAD and realized at checkout that she forgot it. We called the hotel which took over 3 hours over multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp and email) all for them to tell us nothing was there. We know it was stolen. We will never be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

This hotel is a great stay if you are looking for comfortable accommodation while on vacation & If you want a good price. Since the hotel was so affordable we were able to spend extra in other areas like excursions. Also they were kind enough to upgrade us to the adults only side when they realized it was just 2 adults! It was a great start to our trip. All of the staff was really nice. Some things I really liked were the cleanliness, the hotel rooms, and the pools. And the coffee at Mike’s Cafe!!! The beachfront was not huge but it was as expected based on the photos and reviews. To be honest the worst part about our stay was the buffet food. Thankfully the resort had restaurants & the restaurant dining did have better quality food. Thank you Ocean Riviera for the wonderful stay. Overall positive experience
