The staff is so attentive. The hotel thought of everything. The room is stocked with everything you need, hair dryer, iron, scale, umbrella, mini fridge with drinks and alcoholic beverages, pool/beach towels. The nightly entertainment is amazing. The performance group is the far best one out of the 9 resorts we stayed in. Food was excellent. The only restaurant that requires reservation ahead is the hibachi. The only feedback I would recommend there is to allow guests to make reservations with concierge the night before as oppose to needing to go to the restaurant the day of and sit in line to make reservation. So, gusts are rushing from the pool or beach to grab a spot. Other than that, all is great.

Not what we were expecting. Although there were many dining options they were only “open” on rotating nights of the week which meant we often had to wait an hour to eat dinner. The reservation system didn't make much sense, some you could reserve, some you couldn’t. They have a sports center which we were excited to try some of the activities but we walked out there 3 times an each time no one was there and other guests of the resort had to tell us it was closed. The room wasnt terrible, and the bed was comfortable but I can’t say the rooms were cleaned suer well, the same used dirty tooth pick that was there when we arrived was still there in the middle of the room when we left, do with that what you will. The food isn’t great, by then of the week me and my fiancé were quite sick. It seems like everything is a money grab as well, we came down one morning asking about the shuttle to town, instead of telling us how to make an arrangement for the shuttle they said, “no, you have to use taxi” and we paid more than 4x the price both ways and it was such a waste of money, all the find out there was a shuttle that left 30m after we left by taxi. This left a bad taste in our mouth the rest of the trip as we clearly asked for the shuttle. Needless to say, we sat on the beach and relaxed and watched a lot of middle aged adults get sloppy drunk and had very cheap, wildly mediocre (some times bad) food. So all in all it wasn’t the most awful trip, but I certainly wouldn't go back.

Mediocre is how I would describe our stay - I was disappointed on the dinning, activities, and the opportunities that came with platinum rooms. For meals - Breakfast and Lunch only offers one restaurant (buffet) for eating unless you do the pop up grill by the pool or beach. Dinner - only half the restaurants are open depending on what night it is - 4 total restaurants. Beach again is mediocre on seating. The servers do work hard and are deserving of their tips. The best part of our stay was spending time at their neighboring properties. Will not be returning to this location. Oh and concierge got mouthy with me instead of being helpful on two different situations.

The property is okay the drive when you arrive there looks terrible a lot of animal poop all over the place the room when we arrived smelled terrible toilets was dirty and the tub so I had to clean it myself only 4 restaurants wouldn’t go back. The spa they said oh you chocolate covered strawberries we didn’t get that the massage room was freezing about 50 degrees so you can’t even relax the (hot tub jacuzzi) was freezing your better off going in your pool your better off getting a massage on the beach then the spa

I have to wait for service all the time in the restaurant, the vip area they ask for me to pay for everything that I like to enjoy. So I didn’t enjoy anything only the the room. The beach was impossible to swim rocks everywhere. The restaurant in the Beach was closed. 😏 I have be in Mexico a lot, never come back in this one.

This property was beautiful and relaxing. It was very walkable and the sport park is a fun option. Swim up room was wonderful and the beach always had plenty of seating. Bar is open 24 hours. Great place to spend a week. Jovita was an amazing server and the entertainment crew was incredibly talented!

The pictures were nothing like the actual look of the hotel. The room was old and has a strong pit odor that was almost unbearable. The front desk was non-accomodating and so was the steak house receptionist. The restaurants closed way too early and we had limited information on location of each. There were also something like a big rat hat left poo all over and came into our room while we slept. The image was very very disappointing. The reviews are not true about the hotel being new. The only good part was Israel at the front. He was very polite and welcoming our entire stay, also, the buffet crew was polite unlike front desk.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past and always enjoyed it. But unfortunately this will be my last time staying at this resort. The cleanliness of the resort has fallen so low. From growth on the edge of the pools, to all 5 rooms I was in smelling of mold, even after being cleaned. We told it was coming from the AC units. The buffets are super limited and most of the food was cold. Most ppl I met where going to the princess next door to eat bc the food was so bad. They are super under staffed in parts of the resort compared to my pervious visits. A friend of ours was not allowed into a restaurant bc he did dress the gender on his passport. Even after desks and night manager we told that is policy of the hotel There plenty of resort around. There is no reason to stay at one of this quality

This trip was a disaster from the beginning. They charged my card incorrectly which resulted in getting it blocked fir my entire stay. The workers had nonremorse for this and acted as if this was ok. The girl who checked me in, said nothing to me for over 30 minutes and continued to try to charge my card. The food here is terrible and i couldn't enjoy my swimup room, due to creatures walking around the pool area and climbing ontop of the cabanas!!!! Also, the sheets were filthy, forcing me to sleep ontop of the covers, only to get over 20 mosquitoe bites all over my body. I asked for them to spray my room, in which they're just now doing that as I'm leaving to check-out of this awful experience. I will NEVER BE BACK HERE AND I WILL DEFINITELY LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE!! I visit Mexico at least 4 times a year, and this resort is by far The WORST I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!!!!
