This 4 bedroom house is very spacious and has a unique feel throughout. This property is set over 3 floors with the first floor having a lovely long kitchen followed by a hallway with a good sized living room and dining room off to the right. Upstairs to the second floor you will find 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, you will then see stairs to the third floor where you will find a lovely large sized double bedroom.

Fred’s Place is also not far from our main city centre and about a 10-minute drive to the Royal William yard where you will find a relaxing and enjoyable environment for eating and drinking with many different restaurants to choose from.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Suitable for workers as well as people looking to take a short break or holiday.

Free parking is on site with an allocated garage. This spacious property sleeps up to 7 people comfortably and benefits from central heating, fast Wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchen and much more meaning this is a home from home.

We are also available for guests during their entire stay for any questions or problems they may have.

A family visit
We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and new, obviously updated not long ago. Grace was there to meet us and made us feel right at home and get settled in. Thanks for a great stay!
