Skiers: ***Tenney 4 Pack Ski bundles on sale this month for $199***
Tenney Mountain is continuously improving with plans to make snow for all of their trails this winter. Children under 5 years old ski free and for adults seeking a little apres ski or cozy meal, the Back Country Bar and Grill is the perfect spot. Tenney also offers excellent tubing with a fun rope tow to the top. For more advanced skiers, Loon, Waterville, and Cannon are close by!

The Ice Castles in nearby Lincoln are a MUST see this winter for all ages and tickets go on sale late November 2024.

The Lookout has excellent high speed WiFi internet connection throughout. There's a dedicated work space in the primary bedroom for guests working from "home" that want a quiet spot to focus, including a desk lamp and monitor.

No need to over pack the car....while off the beaten path we are a few minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, Hannaford Grocery store, and Market Basket, in sales tax free New Hampshire. Most restaurants in town offer DoorDash delivery too :)

We LOVE all dogs but can only allow dogs that are well trained and do not excessively bark. Out of respect for our neighbors, please plan to board your dog elsewhere if there is any concern with this. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay.

Our minimum length of stay varies seasonally. We sometimes offer length of stay discounts that will automatically apply to your reservation when booking.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am to allow sufficient time for our spectacular cleaning crew between guests. We may be able to be more flexible with this during winter weekend bookings but typically are not able in the summer months as we have mostly same day turnovers.

Wonderful stay
We had so much fun at the lookout! It was extremely clean and there was so much to do with the boats and water toys. The view was so serene. Location was great too with lots to do nearby. We can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing Lakeside Retreat
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lookout at Loon Lake, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit comfortably accommodated our family(2 adults, 2 dogs), providing ample privacy and comfort for everyone. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views of the lake and the mesmerizing sunsets that greeted us each evening. We also saw a moose close by on our drive into Plymouth. Despite being nestled in a tranquil setting, we found convenience just minutes away, with gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants all within a 10-minute drive. While we enjoyed the option of exploring nearby attractions like Tenney Mountain, we were equally content simply relaxing in the house and on the deck. The bed was very comfortable.
