We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Ann's place. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, making it easy for us to prepare and eat family meals. Beds were super comfy, and the location was quiet and so relaxing. The perfect place to stay.

Lovely house and wonderful location to Plymouth and the Cape. House was equipped with everything we needed. Nice quiet area and great view of Plymouth Bay. Only drawback for some could be the stairs - one flight to main living area and one bathroom and another flight to the bedrooms and second bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding and it was our first time in the Boston/Plymouth area. The neighborhood and house were both stunning!! There was plenty of space for us to spread out enjoy different spaces of the property. We would definitely visit and book here again.

4th of July Vacation
Came from Florida to visit family who lives in Plymouth. The home was perfect in every aspect. Location and views make this house special to us. Would definitely recommend staying here. Most likely, we will be coming back to this place next time we come to Plymouth.

Nice place!
The house is quite nice. driving in and out was slightly challenging given that I have a truck, but it was manageable. The house was great though, well equipped and stocked for a rental home. Unfortunately we couldn't watch the sunset from the balconies due to the tree tops being in the way. Also, the path to the shoreline looks a little too overgrown to be passable.

Our 30th Anniversary trip with our sons and their wives. Great deck for cocktails and games. Location about 1:20 from Boston and 1 hr from cape cod. Nice little beach front town less than 5 miles away. All around great get away. Thanks

Thanksgiving Holiday in America's Hometown
From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home. The kitchen was one of the best equipped/well stocked we've come across in our many rentals. The beds were very comfortable and nearly every room had amazing water views. The home and neighborhood were the perfect setting to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family. We were a group of 4 couples gathering for 3 nights. Bedrooms are well appointed with nice bedding. The 4th sleeping area is the street level laundry room, however, there are windows for cross ventilation and it sleeps two comfortably on a trundle bed. The house is well laid out with plenty of space for 8 people. The kitchen is nice and spacious and fully stocked. The furniture was all in nice condition and everything was clean. My only issue with the house is having only 2 bathrooms...a bit tight for eight people. However, the property description was clear and accurate and we were fully aware of the number of bathrooms and the laundry room trundle bed. All in all it was a lovely 3 days in a very comfortable, clean, well appointed property.

A spacious property with sleeping accommodations for the six of us and could have fit a seventh in beds. A great little deck off of the kitchen and location to all areas of Plymouth was very convenient. Would definitely stay again

My family rented this home for my wedding weekend over labor day, it exceeded our expectations! It was PERFECT! The beds are comfortable, lots of room to socialize, not to mention the incredible ocean views. My bridesmaids and I got ready at the house before the ceremony and took pictures in the yard! Mark and Ann were nothing but accommodating with check-in and check-out, and even left a bottle of champagne for us - so sweet! Made it a weekend to remember!

This house is perfectly positioned to give amazing views of the bay. Seagulls, osprey, hawks, and other birds are around all day. It is so close to Long Beach, with the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels we were all set for long days in the sun. Everywhere we looked was a beautiful view. The kitchen was equipped with high quality cookware, which matters when you need to cook your own meals alot. The beds were very comfortable, with high quality linens. Nothing beats opening up the dozens of windows and letting the sea breeze flow through the house. It lifts everyone's spirits and supports great discussions. This place is an amazing rental, we recommend it to anyone who loves ocean views.
