Cozy Pocono Cabin

Cannon Lodge, located in Locust Lake Village, has a rustic feel with modern conveniences. The perfect home base from which to experience the beauty of the Poconos.

Once booked all guests must register with the community. A link will be provided after booking, the fee is $35.00. If you do not register 2 days prior to your stay your booking is cancelled.

- 3 bedrooms 2 full baths
- Front and back porches, with screened porch off the kitchen
- Parking for 4-5 vehicles (parking on a decline - 4X4 suggested during snowy months)
- Cozy propane heat and cooling central air - controllable from Nest thermostat
- WIFI provided
- Towels and Linens NOT PROVIDED
- Pets welcome upon approval - Pet Fee $100
- 8 amenity wristbands included (Not needed for ages 12 and under) $25 fee if lost - Day guests passes available for $5 per pass and $10 per car

Location:
House is located in Locust Lake Village on Rt 940 in Pocono Lake PA. 10 mins from Jack Frost ski area, 20 mins from 'The Crossings Outlets and Camelback, 15 min from Mt. Airy Slot Casinos.

Locust Lake Village Amenities: Requires wristbands for all amenities

Village has several lakes that are stocked with trout. Lake also has bass and northern pike along with many pan fish. *** Owner will provide access to kayaks**** Lakes have lifeguard attended swimming area with sandy beaches, safe swimming area for young children. Floating dock for sunbathing. Full bathroom facilities and snack bar, shaded picnic area with tables and charcoal grills. Horseshoe pits and shuffleboard also available. Village has lit tennis and basketball courts.

Winter Activities: Village has its own ski hill with T-bar lift. Lit sledding/ tubing hill, and lit skating are weather dependent.

Great weekend stay
The house was everything the listing stated. It was more than enough room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 11. We played games at the dining room table and were able to talk with the person cooking and anyone in the living room. It was, also, very cozy with the fireplace on. We were close to Jack Frost for skiing and tubing at Camelback. Thank you, Kimberly!

Lovely home, great winter escape
We had a lovely stay at this property. The home is clean, comfortable and great for a small group. We had two families staying, 4 adults and two children ages 4 and 7. We visited just after a recent snowfall, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow both at the property, and at the local sledding hill (which was super fun!) The house was spacious for our group, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace, jetted tub, and games in the basement. The owners even delivered foosballs when we discovered they were missing! Communication with our hosts was quick and helpful. We had a great time and would happily come back again!

Fantastic Week!
This was our 2nd time staying at Cannon Lodge. House is great - plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, and a great rocker on front porch for morning coffee :) Location is close to lots of Poconos attractions. Locust Lake Village had a lot of activities going on during the week. And we were treated to early fall weather in August! Appreciate that we could bring our dogs too. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Better than expected.
Awesome space, three separate levels where you can relax and still be a part of conversation. Beds were a little soft but on the whole was a great space to be in. Quiet area for where the house is. Porch and fire pit on the side of the house were daily. Would recommend and would stay here again.

After 2 years of masks and social distancing we wanted to have some fun in the snow with our grandchildren. The Cannon Lodge was perfect for all us to enjoy activities inside and outside Locust Lake. The game room and loft area are perfect rooms for the kids to enjoy.The kitchen and living room were perfect for playing games and enjoying the fireplace. The size of the home is cozy yet spacious with 3 levels of living. Locust Lake is close to all the ski resorts, bowling, sledding and shopping and a few local eateries. A great home for a family get together !

Something for Everyone
My family (3 generations and 2 dogs) spent four days relaxing in this well equipped home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The children loved the air hockey! The gas fireplace created a cozy atmosphere and mesmerized our dogs.
