This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they said it was all inclusive but then they charged for all the drinks feom water to beer we Have stayed at plenty all inclusive and all inclusive means exactly that ALL INCLUSIVE not just the food. After we checked out we asked if we could use the pool for at least an hour and then we could leave because we came in late the night before and didn’t enjoy the pool that much just a few hours the day before when we checked in and their answer was no i have Stayed at all inclusive hotels where after your check out time you can use their amenities until your departure time i enjoyed The horse back riding activity that to me was the best part of the whole stay. Expedia mentioned i stayed At a VIP section there was no VIP about it didn’t get any extra perks or special attention the coffee on the lobby was not replenished they kept it from two day before and even when we left it wasn’t updated this hotel can do a lot better on customer service and the food service as well

Good hotel overall. Bit far from downtown. Beautiful surroundings. Room had bugs as soon as we walked in. That was a turn off. Food was plenty and good. Horseback riding super fun.

Hospedagem honesta. O hotel é bastante grande numa área não totalmente plana, fazendo os hóspedes andarem até as áreas comuns como o restaurante por exemplo. Isso dependendo de onde está hospedado. Quando cheio, tem filas no restaurante para todas as refeições. Os monitores são excelentes. A comida é ok. Não recomendo o passeio de "trenzinho" puxado por trator porque foi muito desconfortável levando até um lago muito distante sem paradas ou coisas para ver. As instalações do hotel precisam ser mais bem cuidadas.

O hotel fazenda é rústico e agradável. A monitoria é EXPECIONAL, pessoas maravilhosas que chamam as crianças, são carinhosas e muito dedicadas! Também ofereceram cerveja o dia todo grátis, achei fantástica a iniciativa. Eu fui em 2021 no hotel e agora, infelizmente não volto enão recomendo porque a organização está muito RUIM. Fila no café da manhã, fila no almoço, fila no jantar, fila no lanche da tarde. A qualidade do café da manhã também caiu muito: pães secos, sem sabor bom, pão de queijo duro e achar 1 bolo é raridade. Em todas as refeições, além das filas terríveis (me senti humilhada pagando para ficar em longas filas) a reposição das comidas não era feita e toda hora acabava algo. Isso piorava ainda mais a fila e fazia comer comida fria, aguardando a reposição chegar. O café da tarde era melhor não ter, colocavam uma mesa pequena para uma multidão ficar em fila e não tinha reposição = horrível! Os horários das refeições são apenas durante 2 horas, se chega na primeira hora pega filas gigantescas e se chega na segunda hora já pega coisas sem reposição, apenas os restos. A festa junina de 2021 foi ótima e a desse ano péssima, não tinha onde sentar para comer (espaço super restrito) e filas kilométricas até para pegar um simples doce. Apesar de gostar do lugar e da monitoria, não volto e não recomendo pela péssima organização. Me senti humilhada ficando em filas, esperando comida.

Hotel fazenda muito aconchegante
A comida é muito boa, várias opções de lazer, quadra de tênis, Beach tenis, vôlei, como tava frio, a água não estava aquecida o suficiente, a hidromassagem tava em manutenção e a outra tinha pouca água, senti falta. Quarto com wi-fi, tv com alguns canais por assinatura, faz muita diferença à noite. A primeira vez que fui, faz 11 anos, sinto que precisa de uma melhor manutenção as opções de lazer, restaurante e quarto em excelente estado. Um ótimo lugar pra descansar e se divertir com a família.

Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos, mas nao sabem dar informacoes. Falta treinamento. O setor de reservas é confuso, cada hora dá uma informacao. Tentam cobrir o preço dos sites oferecendo beneficios, mas nao informam que só valem se fecharmos com eles. Tinha poucos funcionarios para a demanda do réveillon e os mesmos trabalharam ate às 5:30 da manhã na noite da virada e começaram a trabalhar no dia 1 às 7. Deveria haver um rodizio. Mas o lugar é muito gostoso, só desorganizado.

Não vale o que cobra. Péssimo serviço.
No ano passado, em 2022, tive uma ótima experiência, porém, esse ano fiquei extremamente decepcionado. A decepção começou na entrada, chegamos às 14h do dia 24/12 (checkin é às 16hs). E logo disseram que se passássemos a cancela, teríamos que pagar 150,00 por pessoa (exceto criança). Como estava com minha esposa e filhos, ficar 2 horas esperando no carro não era uma boa opção. Escolhemos pelo pagamento da taxa de 150,00 (total 300,00). Assim que chegamos na recepção, vimos que o “papai noel” ia começar a entrega dos presentes às 15h. Agora imagina se nós tivéssemos optado por não pagar a taxa de 150,00 por pessoa: os meus filhos não teriam participado da entrega do presente pelo papai noel, sendo que o meu filho estava esperando ansiosamente pelo momento desde que falamos que iríamos para o Natal no hotel fazenda. No ano passado, a entrega foi em um salão amplo e nesse ano, em uma sala pequena com a orientação de que só as crianças poderiam entrar. Os pais teriam que ficar de longe ou olhar pela janela. Situação péssima! A decepção continuou quando entramos no quarto. A torneira da pia da “sala” estava com vazamento, que molhou toda a pia. Avisamos por dois dias seguidos a recepção e nada foi feito. A próxima decepção foi a ceia. No ano passado, as mesas tinham taças e a decoração estava linda, neste ano, a taça foi trocada por copo descartável (aquele em que bebemos água na recepção de consultório médico). Já nos hospedamos outras vezes no hotel, grande variedade de comidas, mas dessa vez não sei se por conta de ser feriado (Corpus Christi), o hotel estava bem cheio, e não tinha a mesma variedade de comidas que tinham da outra vez (pizzas, ilha de massas)… achei bem fraca a comida, porém com o preço da diária bem alto. Muitos monitores para as crianças, porém eles sempre no meio das programações de adultos passando com elas com correria, atrapalhando quem não tem filhos, com gritaria, extremamente desagradável. A piscina que era para ser “aquecida” nesse frio absurdo em Junho, não aquece o suficiente para você aguentar ficar dentro dela. Tem uma placa dizendo que ela fica de 26 a 32 graus, mas se chegar nos 24 graus é muito. Ou seja, não dá para usar, sem contar que uma delas estava tão suja que não dava para ver o pé dentro da água. Não recomendo o hotel no inverno. Dizem que a piscina externa é climatizada, mas só se for para Pinguins usarem, porque ela é congelada. Enfim o que “salvou o feriado” foram as boas músicas ao vivo, porque fora isso não tem o que se fazer no hotel (para um casal sem filhos). Não sei se retorno mais, porque fiquei bem chateada com a mudança brusca de variedades do cardápio. Chegamos na quarta feira dia 07 de junho e o jantar realmente não tinha opção. Lembrando que a última vez que fomos (Março 2022), não era assim, mas dessa vez nos decepcionamos demais.
