- O que achou de seu quarto? Muito bom, tudo novo, confortável, cobertas quentinhas, chuveiro gostoso e de fácil uso, toalhas excelentes, tv, tudo muito bom. - O que achou de nossa área de lazer? Sensacional, melhorou ainda mais. Gostei da área do bar sport, do setor que serve lanches e sucos na piscina, sauna, piscinas internas, externa, hidro, saunas, tudo funcionando muito bem e com qualidade. Além de tudo isso, o salão de jogos na antiga quadra aproveitou muito mais o espaço e ficou muito melhor. - O que achou do café da manhã servido no Hotel? Sensacional, continua Premium. Café da manhã excelente, é uma atração a parte acordar e tomar um café da manhã tão variado como o de vocês, continuem assim. - O que achou do atendimento de nossa equipe? Excelente, atendimento especial das recepcionistas, dos garçons, e toda equipe, parabéns. - O quanto você gostou dos serviços que oferecemos? Sempre que vou a poços não consigo pensar em ir a outro hotel, essa já foi minha terceira hospedagem. Particularmente valorizo a localização, o charme e a qualidade do hotel. Fazia um tempo desde a última vez, mas fui surpreendido positivamente com as mudanças na área de lazer. Meu único pedido é que o check in pudesse ser realizado às 12hs.

Nice but faded hotel
The hotel really is nice - it has a very nice pool. The hotel seems to have gradually faded - but thankfully the process is slow. It still has lots of charm and it is still OK - but within the next few years it will probably need some improvements. Some basics are lacking - the staff said they no longer provide hairdryers which was surprising. The fridge is loud which was disturbing in the night. The hotel buffet has an excellent selection though and the staff are generally helpful and friendly. It is also bearing in mind that in the city centre of Pocos de Caldas the Minas Gerais is still one of the better options.
