The Villa Anna **** offers rest and relaxation in the midst of olive trees, 300m above sea level, with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the islands and the coast down to Split, 80km away. The mighty Biokovo Mountains are impressive in the background.
A total of two identical apartments are rented.
The app. is ideal for 2 + 1 people with bedroom, bathroom, living-dining area with sofa bed (1.4x2m) and balcony.
There is also the option of accommodating up to 6 people by merging them with another app. to obtain. You will then occupy the entire floor with your own, ground-level entrance.

Villa Anna is located in the historic old Podgora, in the middle of olive groves with a fantastic view of the sea and its islands of Brac, Hvar and Korcula. Whether from the spacious balcony or from the wonderful pool area, you can enjoy the tranquility and in the evening the sunset and the wonderful backdrop of the fairy lights along the coast to Split, 80 km away.
The beach promenade in Podgora and the long, pine-covered beaches, the picturesque bays and the numerous shops, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. can be reached by car or scooter in about 5 minutes. On request, we have reserved a parking space for you here.

Eine wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit phantastischen Ausblick auf die Adria. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, gut ausgestattet, ein toller Pool im schönen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen.

Un séjour au top !
Un accueil au top ! Boris et Anna les propriétaires qui vivent sur les lieux sont super accueillants, avenants et discrets; aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes; ils font leur huile d’olive confitures et liqueurs qu’ils offrent volontiers à leurs hôtes ; La vue est juste incroyable; la piscine est propre et parfaitement exposée avec des lieux ombragés avec a dispo transats et parasols La maison ne comprend que 2 appartements avec entrée individuelle loués à l’étage et au rdc les propriétaires ; Endroit très calme dans une impasse sur les hauteurs de Podgora L’équipement de l’appartement est largement suffisant avec climatisation dans la pièce principale et tout est propre et très bien entretenu Les seuls petits bémols (car il en faut) : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants dans la pièce principale si vous y dormez; il vous faut une voiture absolument pour descendre au village qui est d’ailleurs une super petite station familiale pas’ très chère (comparée à d’autres) et la piscine n’est pas protégée (je le précise pour les plus petits la législation croate étant différente) La Riviera Makarska de façon globale est parfaite pour des vacances en famille avec pleins de petites stations dans chaque village Bref une location au top que nous recommandons vivement et adresse que nous conserverons) :) un grand merci à Boris et Anna encore !!!
