On the upper floor there is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and in the basement of the house you can enjoy many additional facilities such as billiards, table tennis and darts.

In the fenced yard of the house there is a swimming pool, next to which there is a covered terrace with barbecue for moments of relaxation. Adults can relax in the yard with outdoor fitness equipment, while for the younger ones there are children's facilities such as a slide, soccer goals or badminton rackets.

This spacious and modernly furnished house is located in a quiet natural environment, just a few minutes drive from the nearby beaches, golf course and the historic city of Split.
