Hôtel à fuir : séjour pitoyable

Pros: Les photos de l'annonce
Cons: L'hôtel, son environnement, l'honnêteté des réponses faites aux clients, la disponibilité de la direction.
Location: A voir : A part les travailleuses de nuit dont j'ai déjà parlé plus haut, vous avez droit à quelques vendeurs de produits interdits.
A fuir !! Prostituées, eau froide, fumée de cigarettes, et impossible de parler à un responsable. Accueilli en bas de l'immeuble par les prostituées (nombreuses) qui travaillent ici (oui oui, vous lisez bien, elles travaillent là!! pour un appart'hotel dit familial, ...), je fus tout d'abord surpris par l'odeur dans les couloirs. Apparemment, les lieux ne sont pas non-fumeurs pour tout le monde, pour les parties communes tout du moins. Les surprises continuent lors de l'arrivée dans la chambre : pas d'eau chaude. Nous sommes dimanche, il n'y a aucun numéro d'urgence pour demander une intervention technique. Pas de douche le premier jour. Le lendemain matin, le problème est signalé, et la réponse est claire : nous allons faire ce qu'il faut, vous aurez de l'eau chaude ce soir! Rendez-vous est pris, mais rendez-vous manqué. A mon retour tardif le soir, toujours pas d'eau chaude. Donc deuxième jour, douche froide... Je repars le troisième jour et me plains à la réception. La réponse est classique : aucun responsable n'est disponible, ma réclamation n'est donc pas prise en compte. Je demande à ce que l'on me rappelle, ce qui ne sera jamais fait, mais je ne m'attendais pas à autre chose.

Ça passe ! Des choses à corriger On aurait voulu se faire rembourser par l hôtel car le dysfonctionnement du distributeur à friandise.

Hôtel très pratique pour une courte étape

Pros: La propreté impeccable et la kitchenette
Cons: Concept d'appart'hôtel qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement bien que la propreté des chambres et de l'établissement soit au top.L'absence de personnel
Location: Centre ville
Appart'Hôtel bien placé près de la gare et du centre ville de Poitiers. Propreté et prestations impeccables pour un coût très économique. Chambre côté rue (artère très bruyante la nuit mais c'est la faute à la canicule).

un appart hotel à découvrir.

idéal pour 1 déplacement professionnel ou/et personnel. emplacement parfait à 10 mn à pied du centre ville et à 2 pas de la gare. l'isolation phonique garantit le calme à proximite de la gare. Confort très correct malgré un look un peu desuet. Point + la WIFI cablée illimitée. et la kitchinette bien équipée. Point ++ le parking en sous sol et la qualité de l'accueil. rapport qualité prix bon. Petit bémol, petit déjeuner simple et léger pour un prix plutot élevé. j'y retourne pour mon prochain séjour dans cette belle ville de Poitiers. chris63

Très correct mis à part le parking payant...

Bon rapport qualité prix : les nuisances sont moins nuisantes que prévues mais le parking est plus payant que prévu !
