The Pipal Tree, Mountain Villa in Pokhara is fully self-contained with -

🔹 two queen bedrooms,
🔹 an attic with twin single beds (open bedroom)
🔹 two bathrooms (one on each floor),
🔹 a modern fully equipped kitchen,
🔹 a living area,
🔹 a dining table for six, and
🔹 an outdoor laundry option

The ground floor opens to a lawn with views of the Annapurna ranges and your private infinity pool.

⚈ Access to the Property
* The villa is only 3 km from Pokhara City and includes some off-road sections. This might not be ideal for guests who require frequent city access. We recommend using a scooter, taxi, or private car.

Requires guests to climb approximately 15 steps

⚈ Amenities
* Hand and bath towels are provided for each guest.
* Please bring your toothbrush, as it is not supplied.

* Clean kitchen before checkout
* Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
* No pets
* Only registered guests
* No parties, no speakers throughout
* No shoes within the house

⚈ Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Our villa is designed to be minimal and cozy, with compact bedrooms & bathrooms.

⚈ Hot Water
The villa has a 30L electric geyser per bathroom. During colder months, we recommend spacing showers at least 10 minutes.

⚈ Living with Nature
The villa is surrounded by nature, so depending on the weather, you may occasionally encounter ladybugs or native house lizards inside.

⚈ Swimming Pool
* The pool is not heated
* It's an ungated pool with no lifeguard, please read the pool rules.
* It's maintained throughout the year.

⚈ Parking
Onsite parking is available at the front of the property.

⚈ Security
Security cameras are installed at the exterior entrance and other outdoor areas of the property.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Guest Access

⚈ The Pipal Tree Mountain Villa is atop Methlang Hill, just a 15-minute drive from Pokhara. Due to the terrain, access by car or motorcycle is recommended.

⚈ The villa is a standalone building located in the backyard of the host's main house. While we share the compound, the villa offers complete privacy for our guests.

⚈ Guests will have their keys, allowing for 24-hour access to the property.
