Let the tranquillity of the spotted gum forest envelop you as you
enter this newly constructed and beautifully decorated 4 bedroom
home. Located within the Ironbark precinct, Eucalypts is located
within easy walking distance from the Clubhouse, and the Carriage
House.

As you move through the impressive double-height entry space into
the open plan kitchen/living/dining, you will see that this home was
designed with entertaining in mind, with plenty of space, an
impressive gas fireplace, and a 75 smart TV. Through the glass
wall you will find a large undercover alfresco area with views across
parklands to the golf course, the hills and Brokenback Range
beyond. You can relax and take in the peace and quiet while you
cook a meal on the Weber outdoor kitchen, or cool off after the heat
of the day in the tranquil and private plunge pool.

On the ground floor you will also find a walk-in pantry off the well-
appointed kitchen, a fully equipped laundry, a beautifully decorated
powder room, and the downstairs master bedroom. This generously
sized, luxuriously furnished bedroom features a seating area, walk in
wardrobe, and a large ensuite.

On the second floor you will find a second large living space with a
soft and comfortable lounge perfect for kicking back and enjoying
a movie or watching sport. This living room also contains a space
designed with bridal parties in mind a large built-in desk with
mirrors, perfect as hair and makeup stations. And if you aren t
getting married but do have some emails to send, this is the perfect
space to set up your laptop.

Also on the second floor is the upstairs master bedroom, and two
more bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom is larger than the
downstairs master, and just as luxuriously furnished with a seating
area, large walk-through wardrobe, and a large ensuite with a
double sink vanity. The other two bedrooms vary in size one is the
biggest bedroom of them all with a vast amount of space, seating
area, built in wardrobe and a generous ensuite; and the other
makes up for its lack of seating area with a large window with views
over the parkland, and an ensuite with the largest shower. No-one
loses in this home!
