On the left is the winter dining room, which comfortably seats 8 people overlooking the garden.

At the end of the spacious lobby on the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen access door with a breakfast unit with a table / bar, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hob and microwave. Next to the kitchen is an additional storage room (pantry). The outside kitchen doors open to the paved outside dining room, which seats up to 12 people, for outdoor meals under bougainvillea.
