Villa Pitort has magnificent views of the nearby hillside, yet is still close to the center and beaches of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente is a laid-back holiday destination with several good restaurants and 2 superb sandy coves, all within a short walk of the villa. This 4 bedroom house has a private swimming pool and a great alfresco dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Pitort is set back off the main street leading into Cala San Vicente. The house is slightly raised above street level and concealed with hedging As you enter through the gates and pass under the vine covered archway, a few steps lead up to the front door.

The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable sofas around the flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. From the dining area, patio doors open onto the pool deck.

The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, and has direct access to the BBQ terrace. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en suite shower, as well as 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto the villa grounds. The remaining twin bedroom with en suite shower room dominates the entire first floor. This bedroom also has views of the nearby mountainside.

Outside, villa has a private swimming pool offering plenty of space to sunbathe. The grounds are bordered by hedging and trees for a good degree of privacy. Around the back of the villa is the brick BBQ and a shaded dining area, plus you'll also have a second smaller seating area and a table by the poolside.

Villa Pitort can sleep up to 8 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Wunderschönes Mallorca
Dieses Objekt ist lediglich für die warme Jahreszeit geeignet! Wir waren März/April 2022 bei Temperaturen um die 8 bis 15°C dort. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht , so dass es im Haus sehr kalt war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Hausverwaltung sagte man uns, dass beim Vermieter nachgefragt wird, ob man die Heizung anstellen könnte. Trotz zweifacher Nachfrage, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir wohl mit den Klimaanlagen heizen müssten. Diese befanden sich allerdings nur in den 4 Schlafzimmern und waren nur zu den genannten Zeiten zu benutzen (14:00-16:00 und 20:00-08:00 Uhr). Dadurch blieb das Haus kalt und natürlich durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit auch klamm. Handtücher trocknen nicht und die Abende sind dadurch auch sehr eingeschränkt im Haus zu verbringen. Ansonsten war Mallorca wunderschön!!!

Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden
Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und angenehm, super ist, dass es drei Badezimmer gibt, der Außenbereich (Terrasse, Pool, Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte,...) ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll, auch der Garten - die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, in ca. 8 Minuten ist man am Strand und an der Bushaltestelle, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die Bäder sind etwas älter, aber alles hat sehr gut funktioniert - wir waren Ende Oktober da, ein paar Wolldecken mehr wären gut gewesen - für Familie und Freunde ein tolles Haus!

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur war gut. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Pool und dem großen Garten. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach aber funktional. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, was uns gut gefallen hat.
