Ive been here several times before i moved to puerto rico. I reserved the best room they had so i can enjoy time with my pregnant wife for her birthday. But my mother who i haven't seen in a while decided to make a surprise me with a visit, she already had plans to stay with her father across town. But i was turned away because i decided it would be nice to spend an hour or two in the private pool that i already payed for with my mother and wife. But they said no visitors, no i has to drive over an hour to drop her off, and this was embarrassing enough to ruin this experience. This is my third and final visit all because of the employees that worked on September 3rd around 430pm
