O único grande problema do hotel é a cozinha, a demora para fazer os pratos chega 195 minutos, o pessoal do atendimento se esforça, mas não tem condições. E a bebida (cerveja e refrigerantes) acabam as geladas e precisam servir com gelo. Não retornaremos por esse motivo que já foi a segunda vez que acontece. E segundo os funcionários é normal.
Não volto mais, fui no restaurante as 19:30hs comer um lache e voltei pro quarto.
As 22hs me ligaram e me acordaram para acertar a conta do restaurante.
Falei que acertaria no check-out mas ela falou que eu precisaria acertar aquela hora pois eram contas separadas com a do hotel, não fui avisado no check-in.
Me acordaram, tive uma experiência ruim, nao volto e não recomendo.
