The nautical room is the perfect sleeping spot for children with its bunk beds and a bonus trundle. The seahorse and nautical rooms are conveniently located next to the full guest bath with dual vanity and shower. A large laundry room with cabinets and sink are upstairs for convenience. The bottom floor has a 2-car garage and storage area perfect for beach toys. An extra 1/2 bath downstairs is in the garage as well. Step off the beach and pop in there without dragging the sand inside! An outdoor shower with adjustable water temperature is available as well. We have a rec room WITH A.C. in the garage, too. It features Foosball, a ping pong table, Tiki Toss, and darts (rubber-tipped).
