I wouldnt stay here again.
I was told i needed to have a 3 day stay in order to have my room cleaned. I returned to my room after the first day and trash was still there when there was only 1 trashcan in bathroom. I requested additional.towels the night before and was told staff can not deliver towels so i jad to go to front desk to pick them up. Last, the curtains in the room were broken. They were bluetooth curtains and they just simply didnt work.

Hotel is in a convenient location and the room was very clean. I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel as well. Aside from the front desk staff member being abrupt and slightly unwelcoming, my stay was great.

The hotel is a very modern eclectic hotel not suitable for families. Our softball team stayed here and some had younger siblings. There is not a bathroom door for the showers to separate from the room. We were unaware when booking. Some parents would have to step outside so that the child could have privacy as well as the teammates would have to or stay on the other side of the "wall petition". The toilet had pocket doors. Suitable for singles or couples but not a family situation. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean just not private.

The second worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The first, an extended stay we were fully refunded for. Initially, the outside trash was overflowing. Walking in, the lobby was modern and clean but the check in lady wasn't happy about her job or lack of a break. Going to our 2nd floor room, the hotel gives the feel of an office building turned hotel. The room across the hall had the loudest music blaring and the man was loud. Our room was clean, the toilet seat was left up and it has a weird feel, but that's subjective. When we got back after dinner, the loud neighbor was fighting with his lady friend and we could hear, word for word, everything in our room. Come morning, we could hear the people above use and flush the bathroom, the people to the left have entire conversations, and of course the guy across the hall blaring music. Check out was fine but no ask about our stay, just, 'have a good day.' A true lipstick on a pig situation and a horrible way to end our anniversary trip.
