Not sure how I feel

I want to start with the friendliness of the staff. My check in and out was easy and they were helpful. The maid was also very nice. What I didn't expect was the simplicity of the room. There was not a clock, phone, microwave, or tissues in the room. I don’t usually stay at this motel so maybe they are all like that. It does sit right on the highway so the road noise was loud sometimes. One of the bath towels had a large brown stain which was unpleasant. Overall, the motel and room was clean and well maintained.

The hotel itself was in good shape and clean, although the pillows were hard as rocks. The grounds were extremely dirty with what looked like days worth of trash in and around trashcans and scattered as theough animals had been going through it.

Did not look like the room in real life. First, I walk in the light doesnt work. Then there are only sheets on the bed, no comforter type blanket. I go to the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, and off to the shower and in the drain is the biggest lump of hair I ever saw. No clock to tell time, not even a picture on the wall. Just not a great place.

Bring your own pillows but very clean!

Everything was clean and tidy, stayed for 3 days. The housekeepers made our beds and everything each day, My only complaint is that the pillows were paper thin, when asked for extra pillows, was told they didnt have any. So it was a struggle to get comfortable enough to sleep.. didnt get much sleep but everything else was up to par

There was distinct mold smell and roaches in the room. Didn’t sleep much at all due to this. Woke up stuffy and with a headache

Best place in town as far as cost, cleanliness and location. Not easy to find as signage isn’t large enough. CityDEFINITELY needs a light at the intersection where you turn as it’s dark and there’s a ditch that’s easy to turn into. We’ll always stay there.

Great new hotel model. No dining adjacent but excellent options a few miles away. Could use a little more detail from the housekeeping staff.

Bedding a disgusting mess

The bed had a long black hair under the cover sheet. The sheets were dirty. Looked like someone slept on it and sheets not clean. Called front desk they offered for us to change room or bring me new sheet. They brought new sheets but when I took old sheet off the mattress cover and mattress was disgusting. Pee stains on mattress and other disgusting stains. I called front desk and told them I couldn’t stay there. I got refund and left. Horrible experience and will never stay at Motel 6 again. Front desk was very apologetic. She was very understanding.
