For the price its an ok place to stay

We went to Poplar Bluff for a family emergency. Had paid online. When we got there realized the room was a bit too small so the nice gentlemen at the front desk moved us to a suite for $22 extra a night. Motel is basic, was quiet and best of all we could take our 2 dogs with NO fees!! Did see a few dead bugs laying around, would make sure housekeeper is checking things a bit better and the fridge, someones leftovers were in the fridge as well.

Had to wait 20 minutes to check in - no one at front desk- room dirty - called for a garbage can - never got one - shower had a dirty boot print in it - refrig full from previous occupant - never staying here again

Property is nice & clean. Very quiet. My only complaint is I wish there was more room to hang clothes other than the 6 inch wide closet space & that the rooms were bigger. Otherwise overall the hotel is great if you are just passing through needing a quiet clean place to stay.

I had a complaint about the room the last time I was here because the room was filthy and half of the plug-ins didn't work in the room. I wrote them for a refund and was not satisfied with the amount they offered compaird to the amount extra I paid for a suite and the perks I was unable to use. I booked again to give the property a second chance and when I get to the property and they put me on a do not book list and refused to rent the room I had ALREADY PAID FOR to me. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There was no hair dryer, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or any other comfort item in the room. We checked in late, dead tired and didn’t care about missing items until next morning.
