Staff helpful and welcoming. Very retro, but everything worked. Shower was great if you are 5'6", but hard to use if you are 6'1. Dogs barking outside, but ear plugs helped. Breakfast good variety. 6am to 10. No A/C but we didn't need it. Check in was easy and fast even at 9pm.

No air conditioning. Even though temp was mild outside, we couldn't cool down the room lower than 78 even with a fan and window open for a few hours. Didn't feel safe to keep window to parking lot open all night. Good breakfast.

While staff was very kind and helpful, our biggest detractor was the cleanliness of the room, more specifically the bathroom. Visible mold in the shower area and starting to develop on the ceiling as well.

Like: Middle of town. Remodeled insides. Dislike: Older building wedged in with other buildings. Water pipe/pressure/temp slightly inconsistent. Not bad, but noticeable.

Property was close to the down town core, easily walkable. Our room had a bit of an ant problem, they were small but they were on the counter and many of them.

Property was really delightful for a motel style. It’s like we had an efficiency apartment. Only downside was no A/C so we had to sleep with windows open. Front desk staff was great even at a late checkin. Given how expensive other rooms in the area were, this was a great value!

I wouldn’t recommend if: you don’t mind not having AC, hearing chimes every hour from a building nearby, terrible wifi, 70’s bathroom with squeaky faucets and handles. Otherwise, it would be average for you; walkable, easy parking, friendly staff, breakfast spread, firm bed
