The interior of the house has lots of natural light, top down shades to enjoy the view while maintaining privacy, new furnishings & carpet throughout. All cleaning and washing is done with free and clear (no scent), non-toxic soap and cleaning products. Cook a meal in our full kitchen, which has all you need, including a toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and tea pot. Other amenities include 1GB high speed internet, washer and dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, fire place, Roku Tv's with Netflix and Hulu, cards puzzles, and board games, and Air Conditioning. Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (please see our Pet Policy). Unfortunately, this home is not wheelchair accessible.
In addition to the exceptional views of the Olympics, The Peninsula and Straits, the exterior of the home boasts beautiful landscaping, a private outdoor seating area with a picnic table, a large front yard and a private, fenced back yard.
Our central location is great for guests who wish to enjoy the local food, fun, and breathtaking nature. We are a short walk to fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop & neighborhood markets. A 5 minute drive to Ediz Hook, or the middle of downtown Port Angeles where you will find a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and the Victoria Ferry terminal. A 10 minute drive brings you to the entry of the Olympic National Park and Hurricane Ridge. If water or hiking activities are your interest, no problem! 20 minutes to Lake Crescent, where you can find the boating, kayaking, and hiking trails. When you're done, relax in the near by Sol Duc Hot Springs.
The house is a short walk to two excellent restaurants, Wild Fire Grill and Sabai Thai. Get your morning coffee or visit one of the neighborhood markets to get food, drink and other necessities. Located a few blocks away is Shane Park where you can find a tennis court, baseball fields, a basketball court and a large playground.
