Ehhhhh
the shell of the home is beautiful. It is located at the very end of a canal, with lots of vegetation, you may even see a bobcat or python. The streets surrounding are filled with homes that look like they were started and abandoned, but yet the air was still lited with construction noise.
upon arrival it was very evident that no one had stayed in the home or cleaned it, in a very long time. The first thing I wanted to do was shower after traveling. Unfortunately I could not find a clean or dry towel in the house. The bowels hanging in bathrooms when taken down had what looked like feces folded up inside, and all of the towels in closets were damp. Which left me with little choice but to wash every towel in the house. When I was finally able to shower, it took about a minute for water to even start puttering through the faucet.
Checked out the bedrooms, mattresses were from grandmas and there were no televisions in any bedroom.
downstairs.Many big glass doors, covered in months worth of gunk. My husband had to clean them so sun could get in.
Kitchen is fully stocked. We hosted 12 people for thanksgiving and had everything for preparing.
Patio is nice, but very dirty. Pool and hot tub looked like sides needed a scrubbing.
Biggest thing for me was I had to work - wifi info was incorrect. She could not be bothered. Said she would call me back, but she has yet to be heard from again.
But I do see they charge an outgoing cleaning fee but not incoming
