Welcome to the Golden Girls Palace! Our lovely 3br/2ba pool/jacuzzi home is where Old Florida charm meets Rose, Blanche, Dorothy and Sophia for a slice of cheesecake (and an occasional margarita). Imagine sipping a margarita while relaxing in your own private oasis. Our home is nestled in the quiet and sought after New York district near many of Florida’s most popular landmarks. Enjoy some of the best beaches, fishing, golfing, shopping and dining the Sunshine State has to offer. Our space comfortably sleeps 6 with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Whether you are a snowbird looking to get away from the cold this winter, or a family looking for a tropical getaway, this house will not disappoint.

INDOOR LIVING: 65” Smart TV in living room, record player/radio, washer/dryer, family-style dining table, coffee nook with assorted selection of k-cups, board games.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, spices provided, ice maker, filtered water.
GENERAL: High speed WiFi, internet TV, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, hangers, ironing board, central A/C & heat, linens/towels provided.
Note: Laundry is located in garage and will be accessible to use, however the garage does have our personal items stored and is off limits to guests.
PARKING: Guests will be able to park in the double car driveway, can fit up to 4 vehicles if necessary.

Guests have access to entire property including the 2 car garage where laundry is located.
