This is a 1 bedroom apt that features central air, new bathroom, modern kitchen with endless small appliances and a private lanai. Centrally located between Ft Myers and Venice. Spend a day in Venice snorkeling for sharks teeth, and spend the next shell collecting on Sanibel Island.

This property has two apartments which are attached. I live in the small apartment in the back where my art studio is. You have the front apartment and lanai.
