A private screened in heated (for additional fee) pool and separate lanai allow for lots of fun and relaxation to be had! The house offers a corner lot and lots of space to enjoy the florida weather, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Shopping, numerous restaurants and airports and beaches are as close as 5 mins and as far as 45 max.

A Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill on site, washer, dryer, two refrigerators, smart TVs , a printer, wifi, security cameras on the property allow for all the comforts of home while having a wonderful vacation. Ceiling fans, a brand new air conditioning unit for the whole house and an additional ac unit in the living room creates a comfortable environment regardless of the florida weather.
