Modern contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave, spacious dining room & a comfortable lounge room overlooking the sun room onto the canals, ducted air conditioning throughout, large outdoor entertaining area overlooking the canals perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Triple lock up garage/breezeway ideal for launching the boat down into the canal to your own private jetty. There is 2 bicycles & 2 kayak's for guest use. This property suited our needs perfectly. The location on the canal was very relaxing and it was lovely to eat outside overlooking the water. We did not have the hustle and bustle of being in the centre of town but were not too far away either. The use of the kayaks and bikes was an added bonus. Would recommend for families.
