Hot tub which was the main reason we chose Mantra Quay, was in poor condition. Water temperature couldn’t be adjusted, water was dirty and overall condition of the tub was really bad. Mattress way too soft and ac way too loud. not a good night of sleep. On the good side, room was really well equipped. All kitchen utensils, appliances in good condition. Staff made late check in nice and easy, and location was just perfect. Rooftop swimming pool also very good.

Some areas in the room were quite dusty- (behind bedroom door, bedside table, corner beside couch) Glasses were stored in a very high cupboard & pushed right to the back which made it difficult to reach them. All 4 champagne glasses were dirty & needed to be washed before we could use them. Very much appreciated a washing machine, drying rack & pegs being provided! Bed was lumpy but sheets were clean & crisp!

Excellent property and experience. Reception recommended Bar Grill Restaurant - disappointing. One meal OK, other poor, warmed up fish and chips - dry!! Poor response from restaurant staff - not interested in repeat business which they won't get from us - not Mantra's fault.

Great room, plenty of space for 2 of us. Walkable to local restaurants in the evening. We had a hot tub on our balcony which was amazing, only downside being right on the street corner anyone walking/driving past would be able to see you on the balcony. Also not a fan of a shower over a bath but the water pressure was okay at least. For one night it ticked all the boxes.

We stayed in room 220 for 4 nights. Fourth time at this resort. Room was clean and tidy and everything in working order. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Cafes Shops and Restaurants and a Coles supermarket Would definitely stay here again

Great location close to CBD, town restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of room, comfortable bed and lounge, kitchenette and refrigerator were very useful and adequate, television was adequate although I had some difficulty casting from my phone. Internet was good. We didn't like the shower over the bath with limited space. Tariffs are a little expensive but all in all a nice get-away.
