The manager sent me a text message in advance to tell me how to check in. The room was clean and tidy. But there was no shampoo in the bathroom. There was a common room for everyone to cook, which was quite convenient. The biggest drawback was that the curtains did not block out the light. Especially behind was the hospital parking lot, which was lit all night. This made the room still bright even with the curtains closed.

The unit was not clean, it was full of dust and there were many cockroaches around, sleeping was difficult because of the rhinitis that we got from the dust, the service received was good and the facilities are good too, I guess we were unlucky with the unit we got because the other unit where some relatives stayed was clean and without cockroaches

The place was clean .Staff friendly .However it was a Construction Site if it wasn't the nail gun it was rhe sander 7:30am both mornings. I feel we should have been told beforehand. Night lights came on at frontdoor & back window no sleep.Need blockout blinds.It has a kitchenette however we had to go and buy a chopping board & sharp knife to make a salad only crockery & cultery supplied.
