This lovely comfortable home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and past the rear fence is an open space with a small lake for added privacy.
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with TV and audio. HUlU Live is included
The house is tiled throughout, and has 3 bedrooms (all with built in closets) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dressers for plenty of drawer space, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds – also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom - also remodeled, which features a bath tub with shower over.
Sliders lead from the family room out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the brand new pool and deck area. The lanai has comfortable seating, dining for 6, and sun loungers, and together with the pool, is screened for your comfort.
Outside of the screened area is a further patio where you can cook outside too with our outdoor gas grill, the garden is planted with some local and more exotic plants as well as fruit trees and is all securely fenced. Beyond the fence the property backs onto an open area with a small waterway which provides added privacy to the gardens.
The garage is used for storage and is not available for car parking. There is parking for two cars on the drive and additionally parking beside the driveway to the right.
Please note, for Winter months (Jan to March) bookings are generally only accepted as full calendar months.

The house is located in a quiet no outlet street, which is only used by local traffic. It is a nice quiet family-friendly area, kids still play in the street and neighbors talk to each other. Nearby you will find local shopping, major supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants.
The Lyric Theater and Port St. Lucie Civic Center are nearby, and Lyngate Park is just minutes away. Tradition Field for the St. Lucie Mets and Spring Training for the New York Mets at Clover Park is also not far.
There is a wide selection of restaurants on the US1, or you can visit the bars and restaurants of Jensen Beach for a great night out
Fancy a day at the beach? The nearest beach is also not far away, at Jensen Beach Park, which has miles of un-spoilt beaches. Walking, collecting shells, playing games, swimming, surfing - or just relaxing and enjoying the day. There is free parking, toilets are available, and even beach showers are provided to rinse off the salt and sand at the end of the day. A beach grill / café is also there for lunch, snacks and cold drinks.
The property has convenient access to US1, Florida Turnpike and I95, giving you the opportunity to see more of what Florida has to offer. These routes provide convenient access north or south into the rest of Florida and can be accessed easily via Prima Vista Blvd or Port St Lucie Blvd.
Enterprise car rental is not far down US1 and others are in town too, National, Hertz, Budget, U-haul etc and more.
