The front porch directly views the playground across the quiet neighborhood street, so relax while the kids burn off energy.

Barrier Dunes is adjacent to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, a wildlife and marine life sanctuary with gulf beach access and a boat launch into St. Joseph Bay. The coastal community offers quiet surroundings with two community pools, one of them being gulf front, tennis courts, a playground, and fishing ponds. There is something for everyone to enjoy on Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes.
