NOTE: Beach access is through boardwalks at either ends of the street. 2 Pools - A brand new pool that is a 2 min walk away and another pool that is a 3 min drive at the Windmark Community center.

* For the safety of our guests and the home, there is a Ring Video doorbell on the front door, and a camera on the right and back sides of the house. No cameras inside.

* Parking is available in the garage and driveway but please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed as per HOA rules.
* Please do not throw into the toilets any flushable wipes, feminine products, or similar items that could clog the toilets as it will damage the septic system. Any repairs for such damages will be billed to the Guests.
* Pets (aged more than 1 year old) are allowed with an additional fee/deposit. Also, we request that they not be allowed on furniture and beds. Breed/Size restrictions may apply. Please reach out for details.
* No unauthorized partying allowed. Prior approval for any events required.
