Not only are you positioned just steps from the elevator, this end unit is adjacent to the boardwalk leading towards the beach with the outdoor shower at the foot of the steps.

The Summerhouse Condo Complex offers amenities unique to only this building in Mexico Beach. There is a community pool and hot tub on the second floor of the building. With the elevation of the pool deck, it allows beautiful views of the beach. For your convenience, there are also restrooms on the pool deck as well as an added bonus, a sauna. On the ground floor of the premises is a parkside grill available for Summerhouse guests use.

Floor Plan: Bedroom 1 – 1 queen bed, TV and access to a shared full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 – queen bed and TV. A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
