"Great White Florida House" - Private Pool and steps from the beach!

The "Great White Florida House" is a modern coastal chic, Gulf front home, with 3 King size bedrooms each with en-suite (walk-in showers) baths and large gulf views. The 4th bedroom has queen bunk beds with an en-suite (tub/shower combo) bath. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The house sleeps up to 12 guests and is loaded with amenities including a wet bar, coffee bar, 2 half baths (one downstairs for pool use), large beachfront deck with comfortable seating and dining, elevator, large (heated option) pool, outdoor kitchen (sink/BBQ grill/countertop for prep area), commercial ice machine, bait freezer and room to park your boat. One of the best features is that all the bedrooms and the open-concept living area are on one level with elevator access.

The owners went above and beyond to make this home the perfect place to have a worry-free vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels and cornhole are just a few of the extras available to make your stay easier and more enjoyable. It is not easy for a home to have a high-end feel and also be cozy and intimate, but the "Great White Florida House" is exactly that.

Located near Indian Pass, you have a nice balance of seclusion and convenience as it is a short drive into downtown Port St. Joe or over to Apalachicola for some dining and shopping. For the fishing and boating enthusiast, the Indian Pass boat ramp is less than 1 mile away, and there is excellent fishing right from the beach.

Great home and location
Lovely home, steps from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt at home right away. The back deck is lovely, overlooking the ocean and the beach. Lots of natural light in the home. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood with zero drama or loud neighbors. This is how a beach vacation should be.

Great Family Vacation!
The Great White Florida House was the perfect vacation spot for our family vacation! The house was very clean and spacious for my husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and my disabled brother that has to use a walker. The elevator was perfect for him and me since I have bad knees. We really enjoyed the awesome porch, the swimming pool and being right on the beach! They also had pretty good luck fishing from the shore. We were in our happy place and will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We had a rotating group of family members from 2.5 to 94.5 yrs old and everyone loved it. The house is so well-thought out and works great for groups. The 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths were so nice! We had 10 people sharing the home almost every day. With the beach right there and the pool, it was wonderful.

Great House and Location
We loved our vacation. The property is amazing. The house, pool, and access to the beach was top notch. We loved everything about it. We loved that all the bedrooms had a shower/bathroom connected to them. A few things to consider when going to this place is that if you want food to eat, get something before you get in late. We arrived around 9pm and the pizza places were not taking anymore orders. To get to any stores/shopping you have to drive approx 20 mins. The location is quite desolate. Not too many people on the beach. The house has corn hole. They also have an abundance of beach chairs, umbrella, beach volleyball, so you may not need to bring your own. The industrial ice machine is so convient. We did have an issue with the lock and when contacted they sent someone out that day to fix/replace the battery. The house is on the access of the beach, so you have people walking, driving their trucks/suv's, golf carts, etc all day/night long. Make sure you bring bug spray. The bugs that you can't even see will bite you. I thought that the ocean would be clear, but it was very murky and you could not see the bottom. Overrall, it was a GREAT vacation and I would recommend THE GREAT WHITE FLORIDA HOUSE.

Beautiful home and area
Great White House has everything you need and more. The area is so serene and peaceful. The pool is amazing, especially to keep kids entertained while cooking and what not. Management is not easy to get a hold of and sometimes takes days to get back to you about something. We did get to see several people catch baby shark right from the beach, dolphins swim by daily and the sunsets are amazing. Remember to reserve your golf cart rental from the local company to enjoy beach rides and up to the Raw Bar for dinner or a drink. We will be back in the near future no doubt. Jack has an AMAZING home and nothing was spared!

Perfect in every way!

Perfect House
The house is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. It is furnished very nice and is very comfortable. The view is outstanding and my elderly mother really appreciated the elevator. Only downside has nothing to do with the house but there are not many restaurants or places to get groceries nearby. It's a great place to relax and get away so I will definitely be going back.

The Porch!!!
The house was every bit as beautiful as the pictures! Easy short walk to the beach. The porch was out happy place, so peaceful and relaxing! We have all said “we’re having porch withdrawals”! Would be nice if pool service could come during check out/check in time/date as to not to disturb the guests. We will definitely visit again!

Gorgeous place, great property manager, bad timing.
The property was fantastic. The layout and design of the house was so nice, my parents are seriously considering building a new house based on the ideas. That said, at the time of our stay, the new house next door went into framing, and the construction noise was unbearable. After only a few days into our stay, we have to leave for another property. If you are familiar with the area, this is the place to rent. The pool was exceptional. The house interior was impeccable. It even has an elevator which proved extremely useful. The access to the beach was straightforward, and the view direct. Awesome. The Port St. Joe region is not yet in comeback mode. Most of the very few restaurants were quite difficult to work with. We walked into the raw bar and wanted to order to-go, we were rudely told that they don't do "to-go". This happened at 3 different places, in one fashion or another. No, you can't eat outside (when only 1 table was inside filled, and the outside was empty). "We're short on staff". I hated the vibe, it was very off-putting, but if you're committed to staying at the house, and looking toward the ocean, it's hard to beat this house for the experience. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the property management was for this home. Wes was fantastic. His wife was exceptional. They are truly great people, and I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Do your research. Double check construction. Go for it.
