- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Fantastic Property but Poorly Managed
The location of the property and the amenities of the house are fantastic! The space on the three floors allowed our very large party of 11 adults, two teenagers and two toddlers to gather when we wanted to be together but separate when we didn’t. The private pool and short protected walk to the beach were phenomenal and watching the sunrise and sunset from the second and third floor balconies was amazing. However, the 3 person cleaning crew assigned to this house could not possibly clean it between 10 am check out and our 5 pm arrival. We found empty bottles and massive dust bunnies under the beds, sheets were not put on many of the beds and there were blood stains on some of the sheets that were on the beds. I would highly recommend adding more people to the cleaning crew of this house! Additionally, there were numerous maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay. The dryer and ice maker did not work during our stay despite numerous calls to the property management. These caused added expense (had to buy ice) and inconvenience (we could not wash our clothes). The deadbolt lock and one of the towel hangers on the ground floor doors was also not fixed during our stay. Despite all of these issues, we still had a marvelous stay. The location, house and amenities are simply fantastic and we had the beach to ourselves much of the time. I would stay here again if the property management adds to the cleaning crew and fixes the maintenance issues.

Stay at Cape San Blas
The house had a few items that were not finished from construction which were not a big deal and we could over look that. The cleaning people were not good. All the beds were not made when we got there. Dirty towels were still on the pool table. Some of the beds that were made had sand and gold fish crackers in them, making me think that the sheets had not been changed at all. Also we went through Tropical Storm Fred and when the downstairs bedrooms were leaking we were informed there was nothing they could do or would do to help. Not even provide towels or something to mop up water with. The elevator quit working and this was a real inconvenience when it came to bringing luggage and miscellaneous stuff downstairs when we were leaving. We loved the area and being away from crowds and having our own basically private beach. That was very nice. Overall the stay was great, it was just the cleanliness that was a concern of ours.

Beautiful but Unfinished
Stunningly beautiful but unfinished new build. Advertised property amenities unfinished, not working or completely missing. Unable to use one bedroom for 2 nights due to flooding caused by loose water line prior to our arrival. Two big industrial fans were used to dry floor from Saturday-Monday and were extremely loud & obstructed the hallway. Elevator did not work 99% of the time., forcing stair use for senior guests needing access to 3rd floor kitchen/dining area. Rain storm water leaked from ceiling around exposed electrical cables onto ground floor rec room. Low water pressure issues in all showers in 2nd & 3rd floor bathrooms. No hot water in 3rd floor bathroom. Bathroom mirrors installed with double sided tape. Suite 5 mirrors appeared to be installed atop sink stoppers and prevented safe sink use. Broken window in same bathroom allowed rain water to collect between panes becoming stagnant and filled with bugs. One mirror completely missing from Suite 4 bathroom. No water one afternoon in kitchen. Weather stripping missing from all patio doors allowing bugs & mosquitoes to enter. Ceiling fan in ground floor master not wired. Garbage disposal not connected and on/off switch not installed. Swimming pool lights not connected and on/off switch not installed. No outlet cover in ground floor hallway. No cabinet door or drawer pulls in bathrooms causing difficulty in opening. Sewer smell emanating from ground floor owner's closet. No pool table as advertised as amenity. Only one outside garbage container provided to accommodate up to 23 guests. Construction materials (paint buckets, ladder, quikrete, dry wall paste, etc.) left under carport. Surrounding grounds on property littered with construction debris. I personally spent numerous hours over several days of my vacation reporting issues and waiting for repair technicians . However, please know the property management team was extremely responsive and caring (thank you Holly, Lilly, Zoe, Matt & Stephen) but they were unable to overcome builder issues during our stay. These issues detracted from the wonderful accommodations of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, private swimming pool and excellent beach access. I am disappointed that an unfinished property with multiple issues could be rented to the public. I believe that monetary compensation is justified given the considerable inconvenience I and my guest experienced during our stay.
