Sand Castle Hideaway is located on Indian Pass in Port St. Joe and sits beachfront. The home is located within 2.5 miles of the Indian Pass Public Boat Ramp and has room to park your boat onsite.

This new construction home is furnished with an elevator to easily access all three levels. The open concept living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light, all showcasing breathtaking views of the beach and ocean beyond. The cozy living room invites you to unwind, with plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV for casual nights in, while the adjacent dining area provides a perfect spot for meals with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from the latest appliances to ample counter space, plus a breakfast bar for quick bites or casual conversation. For a true taste of beachside living, take your meals outside to the expansive deck, where you can enjoy alfresco dining while watching the waves crash just steps away.

The home features five spacious bedrooms. Three master suites are equipped with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two of these master suites have ocean views, access to the deck and even a bed swing that is ideal for relaxing naps or reading a good book. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bedroom and the fifth is a bunk room with two full-size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The private pool is an ideal spot to cool off with lounge chairs for sunbathing, comfortable seating and a fire pit. The highlight of Sand Castle Hideaway is its direct access to the beach — just a short walk down your private boardwalk, and you'll find yourself with your toes in the sand, ready to enjoy a day of sun, surf, or beachcombing.
