Walk to community pool which has bar/food available on weekends feels like resort style with playground for kids entertainment. With a winding path along the beachfront, you can enjoy a bike or walk with beautiful scenery. Golf carts are allowed within the community as well Restaurant (View on Old 98)/Pizza/Minimart/Gym – all available within the community and can be reached within less than a minute walk. Sufficient seating and sleeping space for the whole group to relax comfortably.

Master bedroom has king bed, chest, in suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in closet, double vanity sink, standalone shower. Second features queen bed along with bench and separate closet. Third bedroom also features queen bed, chest, separate closet. Fourth bedroom features twin over full bunk bed, dresser/mirror and separate closet. The full hall bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. No stairs inside the house, every room on same level so wheelchair friendly. Laundry room features in suite washer/dryer. Enclosed garage and driveway. Beach chairs, wagon and pool toys can be used by guests.
