Windmark Beach is a desired destination for vacationers due to it being a golf cart friendly community, access to two community pools, and the many boardwalks to the beach. This home is located on the original side of Windmark, closer to the live music, bar, and pizza than the homes at North Windmark. You still have access to the pools, but you also have more yard space and more space on the covered porches. You will enjoy the boardwalk to the beach from other front door. This home has 4 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen and twin over twin trundle bunk bed with double futon; sleeping up to 10 people and is dog friendly (2 dogs max, no more than 50lbs each, must crate when not at the property).

Windmark Beach features a Beach Walk with 3.5 miles of path running alongside the ocean! “Fit” located just a short distance away in Village Center offers day passes for guests as well as Yoga classes. The walk to the beach is extremely simple. Relax in quiet seclusion from the moment you walk into Serenity Sands inside of Windmark Beach, Florida! This home is on Eastern time zone.

**North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed or that require a chaperon, and we strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
